Embracing the history and romance that is New Orleans was a priority for these transplants.
To give this benign Victorian a sultry New Orleans vibe, we relied on rich saturated colors – caramel, ochre and deep greens layered with a mix of old world and contemporary textiles. 18th Century architectural fragments were sourced for the bar design as well as for the dramatic overscaled dining room mirror. We created unexpected intimate seating areas, like the banquette nook under the foyer stair, to further enhance the cozy ambiance.
